Lost Packages

Once your goodies are on their way, we have no control over what happens to them during transit. If your order is deemed lost by the carrier, contact us so we can submit a claim to USPS to get it replaced. This process can take several weeks so please bear this in mind. We are unable to offer refunds or credits due to shipping issues.

If you'd like to receive a replacement order faster, you can submit a claim on the USPS website, then place a new order with us. When USPS approves your claim, you will get a check in the mail for your original purchase price. Please contact us if you need help!

Incorrect Address

If your order is placed with an incorrect shipping address, we may be able to change the address if you contact us immediately. However, we cannot guarantee that we can intercept the order before it ships, nor are we able to provide refunds, credits or replacement orders for address errors. Please ensure your address is entered correctly at the time of purchase to avoid any issues.

Damaged Products

If any of your items are arrive damaged, pleaseΒ contact us within 3 business days of receiving it. Include a description of the damage and photos of the product and its shipping box.
